Data controller
GO MY CODE, a limited liability company (SARL), Lot 111, Place Tahar Haddad, Les Berges du Lac, 1053 La Marsa, Tunis — Tunisia — RNE 1485193A. Data is processed in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
Data collected
- Account: name, email address, phone number and Bac stream.
- Platform use: progress through lessons and exercises.
- Conversations with the AI tutor and documents sent in the chat.
- Live sessions: registrations and attendance.
- Paid subscriptions: proof of payment.
- Contact form: name, email address and message.
- Browsing the website and the application: pages visited, device type and cookies.
Purposes
- Provide the service: content, progress tracking, the AI tutor and live sessions.
- Manage accounts and subscriptions and answer support requests.
- Improve the platform through audience measurement.
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Data is not sold.
Service providers
We use service providers that process some data on our behalf:
- Hosting: Google Cloud and Vercel.
- AI tutor: artificial intelligence model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Google), to generate the answers.
- Sign-in and email: Stytch and SendGrid.
- Phone number verification: WhatsApp (Meta).
- Live sessions: Zoom.
- Online payment: Flouci; card details are not passed on to us.
- Audience measurement and advertising: PostHog, Google and Meta.
Some of these providers are located outside Tunisia.
Retention periods
- Account, progress and conversations: for as long as the account exists, or until a deletion request.
- Proof of payment: for the statutory accounting and tax retention period.
- Contact form messages: for as long as needed to handle the request, or until a deletion request.
- Audience measurement and advertising: according to each provider's retention period.
A conversation deleted in the application is no longer shown there; to erase it permanently, or to delete your account, write to support@gomyacademy.ai.
Your rights
Under Law No. 2004-63, you have rights to access, correct, object to processing and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to support@gomyacademy.ai with details of your request; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Tunisian Personal Data Protection Authority (INPDP).
Minors
The platform is intended for students preparing for the baccalaureate. Minors must register and, where applicable, purchase a paid subscription with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Cookies
We use audience measurement cookies (PostHog) and advertising measurement cookies (Google and Meta). They help us understand how the platform is used, including through browsing recordings (never on the tutor page, where your question is not recorded), and measure our advertising. On this website, they are only set with your consent, requested on your first visit: you can accept all, accept audience measurement only, or decline. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page; declining clears first-party measurement cookies we can still read. In the student area, these measurements are linked to your account. You can also block or delete these cookies in your browser settings.
